An innovative plant-based startup, provides a fresh take on seafood.
New Wave Foods, has created a plant-based shrimp that is sustainable and made mostly from sea algae. This shrimp not only tastes like the real thing, but it’s also healthier for you and better for the environment. M Space worked with New Wave Foods to launch their product in the fast-moving, high-interest category of plant-based foods.
We crafted a brand identity that included a visual language of sea plants, to remind commercial food service customers of the main ingredient and its benefits for the sustainability of our oceans. We also directed product photo shoots to showcase their shrimp in the most appetizing ways and built an image library for their marketing efforts. All our branding components came together for New Wave Foods’ launch at a major food show, including their website, tradeshow booth posters, menus, packaging, promotions, social media and lots of giveaways.
